Submitting requests related to the exercise of rights<\/h2>\n

A request for the exercise of rights may be submitted:
\n1. in writing to the following address:
\nSuszarnia Warzyw Jaworski

\n2. by e-mail to: odo@jaworski.com.pl<\/p>\n

If we believe that we cannot identify you on the basis of your request, we will ask you for additional information that will enable us to do so.<\/p>\n

The request may be submitted in person or through an attorney-in-fact (e.g. a family member). For reasons of data security, you are encouraged to use a power of attorney in a form certified by a notary or an authorized attorney-at-law or advocate, which will significantly accelerate verification of request authenticity.<\/p>\n

We will provide a reply to your request immediately, and in justified cases, e.g. when the case is complex, the deadline for providing a reply may be extended to 30 days from the date of its receipt. If necessary, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay.<\/p>\n

A reply shall be provided by traditional mail, unless the request was submitted by e-mail or it was demanded that the reply be provided in electronic form.<\/p>\n

Charging principles<\/h2>\n

As a rule, the procedure related to the requests submitted is free of charge. However, if we can show that your request is manifestly unjustified or excessive, in particular because of its repeated character, we may:
\n1. charge you up to the cost of providing the answer, or
\n2. refuse to act on the request submitted.
